These days it’s very hard to crack through the noise and reach your customers or potential customers. In episode 75 of the Tech Smart Boss podcast, we talked about a few ways to keep your customers informed, without solely relying on email.

One great way is to leverage your website and give them an easy way to stay on top of what’s new, or if you have a software product, to include a what’s new widget inside your app.

So when we come across products that help facilitate customer communication, we like to take a look. This week’s video is on a product that does just that, ProductFeed. And they have a free tier so you can start small if you need to.
