One of the best ways to build a loyal and enthusiastic customer base is to consistently deliver value and to have a culture of customer service in your business (You have to listen to Episode 18 of the podcast to learn more on why)
One extremely effective way to provide value to your customers is by educating them. It doesn’t matter what type of company you are, you can always provide educational resources to your customers.
Here are a few ideas:
I had already built an academy for my software business, Yurbi (www.yurbi.com), but I was using a traditional online learning system and there was more friction in the sign-up and usage than I really wanted. It was designed more for selling digital courses, not for giving a great free resource to your customers.
So then this product, AcademyOcean (www.academyocean.com) got my attention and I decided to give it a try. And you know what I do when I do that, I record it so you can see it as well.
