I found these guys at Survey Sparrow and they are converting those boring surveys into the modern era of Chat Bots, they call them conversational surveys. In this video, I take a closer look at what they are doing and how to set it up.
Survey Sparrow puts more of a conversational flow into the survey process but also gives you multiple ways to engage and share with customers. You can email (even do recurring emails), you can embed into a website, you can share on social media and the surveys work well on desktop and mobile displays.
It’s still just a survey at the end of the day, but it’s something you can have some fun with and gives that user a little incentive to hit next just to see what happens.
