Active Campaign is a name that comes up whenever anyone asks, “What’s the Best CRM?” But I also hear it come up in discussions of email marketing, marketing automation, and many other types of software that small businesses need.
So in this video, I take a look at Active Campaign and do a quick walkthrough of its features and onboarding process. I also discuss the pricing model and why it may or may not be a good fit for you.
You’ll see a glitch occurred when signing up for a free trial account of Active Campaign in this video but was able to get past it. Not sure if that happens to a lot of people signing up a trial (I hope not), but if it does, perhaps you can try the same thing I did to get past the error.
Depending on what plan you sign up for, Active Campaign seems to combine features from email tools like Drip and MailChimp with CRM tools like HubSpot CRM or Insightly with marketing automation tools and lead capture tools like Hubspot Marketing into one package.
