We use Slack as the central hub for all our communications, so it’s critical that something like our Customer Support system is well integrated.
Luckily, there’s Zapier. So in this video, we cover all the steps to integrate Kayako with Slack using a few advanced features in Zapier.
This video will take you through the steps at a high level. Once we finalized everything there were a few different Zaps to handle New Conversations vs Customer Replies vs Agent Notes a little different and we added a bunch of filters to exclude some of the triggers that Kayako fired off that we didn’t want to show up in Slack. But with this video, you will get the core things needed and then you can expand it to fit all your needs.
