In episode 107 of the podcast, I talked about how to decide if your business should use a chatbot on your website or live chat.
There are pros and cons to both, but at the end of the day, the right answer is typically, a combination of both. There are use cases where the chatbot makes sense, and some where the human touch is needed.
That’s why I got excited when I came across Tidio that talked about the combination of both. After digging in deeper, I liked what I saw even more.
In this video, I set up a new account in Tidio and go through their onboarding, add their chat widget to my website, and do a little exploration of the Tidio features.
