Guess what? Once again, we’re covering another live chat tool this week. I just keep finding them and they keep getting better each week. This week the tool is Xeno, an all-in-one live chat, omnichannel, knowledge portal, CRM, conversational bot, tons of integrations, and much more.
Other than the completeness of features, the thing that stands out to me most about Xeno is how generous their free plan is. First, all their plans give you unlimited agents, yes unlimited. And in their free tier, you basically get everything minus branding and customization (and they do limit your conversation history to only 2 weeks). And their paid plans are affordable and unlock the branding and history retention.
