Your Support Team Won’t Be In A Bind With HelpCrunch (Onboarding and Review)

I’ve been covering a lot of live chat tools the past few weeks and it just shows there is a lot of competition and a lot of demand in this segment. Everyone is getting hip to web-based customer support and incorporating live chat as part of that.

In Episode 107 of the podcast, I discussed if Live Chat or Chat Bots were best for your business, and today’s video is on HelpCrunch that focuses on Live Chat but has a Chat Bot coming soon.

What I like about HelpCrunch is they tie together a very robust live chat feature with help desk, email automation, in-app support, and have a knowledge base and chatbots coming soon. They appear to be a direct competitor to Intercom but at a fair price point.

In this video, I set up a new account and spend some time comparing the difference between their free account and their plan including email. There’s a lot to explore in HelpCrunch so this video gets a little longer than most.
